Use of LactSafe does not create a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, or any other professional relationship between you and LactSafe, its creators, or its contributors.

Our content is derived from publicly available, peer‑reviewed resources— including LactMed® and MotherToBaby—and is provided on an “as‑is” and “as‑available” basis. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LactSafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contributors, licensors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of or reliance on LactSafe, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third‑party rights.

7. Jurisdiction‑Specific Disclaimers
